We know, from many years’ experience of working with groups in organisations, communities and other contexts, that creating effective dialogue and collaborative action is not simply a question of getting people in a room together. It makes all the difference how a meeting, workshop or longer programme of work are designed, convened and facilitated. Our educational work focuses on teaching some of the most important principles, processes and tools that we have learned, including :

  • principles of constructive engagement
  • personal communication skills
  • creative tools for group dialogue
  • event design
  • programme design
  • facilitation principles and practice
We will soon start to upload free resources covering these topics, which can be used by anyone. We also hope to partner with teachers, schools and other bodies to develop programmes for teaching them in schools, colleges and universities. If you would be interested to talk to us, please send us an email!
